Home Watch is defined by the National Home Watch Association as a “visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues.”
What does your Home Watch Service include?
When you hire us, you can expect a thorough inspection of your property, both inside and out, guided by a personalized checklist. Following every visit, you will receive a detailed report and will be immediately notified of any issues discovered.
Can you assist with home maintenance or repairs?
Yes. Santa Barbara Home Watch (SBHW) maintains an extensive list of vetted vendors to address any home maintenance needs. We can help facilitate and oversee any necessary work.
What are your credentials?
Santa Barbara Home Watch is a proud, accredited member of the National Home Watch Association (NHWA). This accreditation confirms that we are properly insured and bonded and adhere to the NHWA’s strict Code of Ethics and Best Business Practices.
Is Home Watch service costly?
We believe our services offer excellent value and are reasonably priced. The potential damage your home could sustain while vacant is often significantly more expensive than the cost of our service. SBHW provides a free, no-obligation site visit to assess your property’s size, proximity, and desired services to determine a tailored quote that fits your needs.
